The new ETEC’s (5 days in the classroom with hands-on lab practice) Cisco CLACCM training program designed to gives you the knowledge of advanced call control and mobility services, including signaling and media protocols, CME/SRST gateway technologies, Cisco Unified Board Element, call control and dial planning, Cisco Unified CM Call Control, and mobility.

Once completed the course and passing the CLACCM exam, you will earn the Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services Specialist certification. Combine with the Enterprise Core (ENCOR) certfication, you will earn the title of CCNP Enterprise.

  • Configure these advanced Cisco Unified CME features
  • Configure Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
  • Configure these globalized call routing elements on CUCM
  • Troubleshoot Call Admission Control
  • Configure Cisco Unified Communications Manager Mobility
  • Each student will have full access to latest Cisco Network Devices

  • 300-815 - Implementing Cisco Advanced Call Control and Mobility Services (CLACCM)

There are no formal prerequisites for CCNP Collaboration, but Cisco expect you to have the following: (If not, please consult with our representative on Cisco CLACCM class)
  • CCNP candidates often also have three to five years of experience implementing enterprise networking solutions.
