In this 2 Week course, you’ll cover the following five modules in this Cisco Collaboration boot camp:
  • Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video, Part 1
     
  • Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video, Part 2
     
  • Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony and Video
     
  • Integrating Cisco Unified Collaboration Applications
     
  • Implementing Cisco QoS
     
    The course will focus on Cisco Unified Communications Manager 10.5 and higher allowing you to implement a megacluster. With a single unified communications/call control platform, Cisco Unified Communications Manager does for video what Cisco has done for voice. The end result is increased participation by everyone on a video call. It also provides advanced capabilities, such as mobility, presence, preference, and full-featured conferencing services.
    In this hands-on course, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on with the equipment you need to get the job done.
     
    Course Content:
  • Learn the details of Cisco IPT and Unified Communications solutions and the technologies that make those solutions work
     
  • Follow the Cisco PDIO model to learn Cisco IPT, starting with the foundations of IP Telephony
     
  • Planning and designing a telephony solution, and deploying and troubleshooting Communications Manager
     
  • Gain the Knowledge necessary to pass the 3 Cisco IPT specialist certification exams that are required to become a Cisco IPT
     
  • Design, Support, and Operations Specialist. These are the necessary IPT requirements for IP Communications Specialization
     
  • Extensive hands-on labs to help reinforce the knowledge you gain
     
  • Providing practical skills to complement ones understanding of the IPT technologies

  • 300-070 - Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video, Part 1 (CIPTV1)
     
  • 300-075 - Implementing Cisco IP Telephony and Video, Part 2 (CIPTV2)
     
  • 300-080 - Troubleshooting Cisco IP Telephony and Video (CTCOLLAB)
     
  • 300-085 - Implementing Cisco Collaboration Applications (CAPPS)
     
    Minimum Requirements:
  • Currently holds a valid CCNA Collaboration certification
     
  • Two or more years working experience in implementing and administering LAN and WAN VoIP network
