CCNA® Collaboration Certification is a new Associate Level certification designed to build upon the CCNA certification and is a prerequisite for the CCNP Collaboration (Cisco Certified Network Professional CCNP Collaboration).

Cisco's CCNA Collaboration Devices Certification validates associate-level knowledge and skills required to administer a voice network. Voice professionals with this credential are recognized throughout the industry as having a solid foundation element of VOIP calls, and the description of dial plans, and the implementation of gateways, gatekeepers, IP-IP gateways, Telepresence, Surveillance System and Conference/Desktop Video Endpoints.
